the weblicator is not about copying anyone or page stuffing.

the weblictor is a tool that comes with several built in porfiles which users are free to use as is or adjust to their own needs.

There are 2 main terms

TEMPLATES
Templates are any website files that you have designed purchased or any website template that you have freely downloaded. These can be html sites, php/mysql, content mangagement software like wordpress, blogs forums, flash arcades etc etc

The second main term is

PROFILES
These are the any website the weblicator software helps you design and build your own templates, templates and profiles can be shared between users when certain conditions are met.

The condition is no weblicator profile may not be FREELY given, they must be sold and
the price must be not less than the current market value of 1 euro.

This is powerful and complete tool for template oriented generation of web sites or indeed any kind of collection of text files and is highly efficient
It supports multiple tags and values (virtually unlimited ) Multiple saved profiles and can import external client data from .eml and text files.

It is based on the concept of an advanced "find and replace tool" where Tags are set in a collection of files and their Values  are changed based on user input
the basic idea is for the weblicator to search a set of text files for you, and if any given Tags are found in those files and a given Value has been entered then the Weblicator will substitute all Tags with the new Values.

all other files from the source directory just get copied to the "Destination folder".

A "Set of files" are "all files" in a selected folder and includes ALL sub folders.

Every tag can be made up of UPPER or lower case text, numbers or charactors- the weblicator can easily handle multiple tags and values.

Open the weblicator Program

You should see the following screen, if this is the first time use you will see the default "Sample Profile" which is being used for our simple "sample template"

• NOTE: If you already have a stored profile you can click "File - Load Profile"
• For this example we are using the simple default example html file that comes with the weblicator, After the first time use the weblicator will always load the last profile you were using.

So on with the tutorial:

• Select Source folder (where web template is) and Destination folder (where you want the results copied to)
  - note that if there are any files in the destination folder with the same name as in the source folder, they will be overwritten.
• When opening an existing source the weblicator software remembers and loads all of your saved tags and values, you can add more tags and values and save profiles for multiple templates. Even save specific templates for each of your clients.
• Also take notice of the "Notes:" field where you can enter any notes about your saved profile for later review. This can contain notes to yourself about the template or if you save a clients profile notes on the client such as contact info, dates ordered and delivered, money paid or owed etc

• If you have an external source of client data, ( eg: email or a text file ) you can import values from that File.
• The expected format of the data to be imported is that somewhere in your File the following structure should appear:

Example :

• You can set the format of the "Start_Tag" and "End_Tag" to whatever you want - just make sure that there are no spaces within these two markers.
• In the example above "first_name" "last_name""adsense_id" etc are being used as the "Tags" (you can create unlimited tags in unlimited profiles)
• When the Weblicator searches your "Template" and finds "first_name", "last_name" etc in the email or text file specified, the rest of the line will be used to fill up the "Values" for all tags
• You can have as many "Tags" and "Values" as you like
• Values can include single words or multiple lines of text, even whole paragraphs or pages!.

Now that we have the format of the email and assuming we have received an email that has the data entered as above lets use the weblicator to import the data into our website template.

First look at the right hand top corner and click the arrow next to "File" under "Import client details"
Now navigate to the email we received from our client and select it.

In the image above we have used client_start_tag and client_end_tag to tell the weblicator where to look in our clients email.

Next Click "Go" to import all Values found between the "client_start_tag and the client_end_tag into your current Weblicator Profile.

• After import, review all Tags and Values, save the Profile (File / Save or Ctrl-S)
• You can save the same template for multiple clients.

Click the Go button and your Source files will be copied to your Destination Directory with
all edits made.That is it! Simple and efficient!

to view your newly created files simply click on the link for the Destination
Folder

Lets take a look at our sample html file after the weblicator has made the changes setup_test.html

Check your files over and make sure all is good, if not you can correct the tags in your "Source Files" with your html or text editor and run the weblicator again to overwrite your destination files.

Once you are happy with your Destination files you can now deliver them back to your client by either uploading them to your clients webspace or sending them back as an email atachment.

Templates are not limited to websites but rather can be any text based files and can include multiple files and directories with sub directories.

The weblicator is Great for customising any kind of website template - even php based sites such as phpnuke in seconds, just tag and brand the sql files. You can save profiles for literally hundreds of templates to use again and again...
